About the event
The retreat begins with a presentation talk about what to expect and what you will get out of the retreat. Followed by a non alcoholic welcome drink and retreat programme coordination.
Start your day with early morning yoga and meditation in our roof top yoga shala. Classes will be run by in our house teacher Shibin
