About the event
This retreat includes daily yoga and meditation in the morning, daily ayurveda massages, all food and drink, vegetarian meals, local excursions and airport transfer to and from Trivandrum airport.
You can relax in our beautiful garden, take a stroll to visit the 2000 year old Janardhanaswary temple, walk to the mesmerizing Kappil beach along the sea front or enjoy a boat ride along the backwaters of Golden Island.
